It was developed with solicitors in mind to assist them in getting work back from the broker market and possibly by being able to provide the policy to their own database of clients.
The policy gives the motorist the power to protect their legal rights, with up to £50,000 cover for legal costs in pursuit of recovery of their uninsured losses, which can include the following.
This scheme opens up the opportunity for solicitors to network local broker contacts and their own database of clients to become a BTE panel member.
